• View and manage your licenses, subscriptions, and expiration dates.

• Purchase additional features and prompt packs using integrated payment methods like Stripe.

• Access premium features, including FlowAI flows.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and features provided through the Portal, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of AiFA Labs or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Portal without prior written consent.

Your use of the Portal is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.aifalabs.com/privacy-policy. By using the Portal, you consent to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with this policy.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

• Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas, USA. By using the Portal, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

• Global Audience Exception: For customers outside the United States, local consumer protection laws may apply. Nothing in these Terms shall limit your rights under those laws.

• Stripe Integration: Any payments or transactions processed through the Portal using Stripe are subject to Stripe’s Services Agreement, which may impose additional jurisdictional and legal requirements. For more information, refer to Stripe Services Agreement.
